Arts & Crafts Shows (Sioux Falls, Rapid City: appointed, home, contractor)

This will be my first winter here, and I was wondering when and where are the bigger arts and crafts fairs held for the upcoming holidays if any? I am looking for the ones where individuals sell their hand-made/self-made items. Not businesses selling their stuff. Guess I should mention in Rapid City

Gosh I really hate being so negative. The civic center fairs SUCK! We don't get near the number of vendors here, as Sioux Falls, Sioux City, Omaha, or Denver can get. I was even disappointed with the Home show. It was just a bunch of contractor at tables wanting to reroof, re-side your home, or build you a new deck.
The cultural ones, outside in the summer are much better. But there is a majority of Indian artwork. I used to go to a winter craft fair every Oct and Dec in Sioux City and Omaha and bought tons of Halloween or Christmas decorations. I haven't bought a darn thing at them here in Rapid.
