I did a search on it.
I think Buffalo, SD would be the only town that would have a motel.
The search turned up the "Tipperary Lodge Motel" in Buffalo.

There is a phone number listed to call for more information.
The closest other lodging would probably be Belle Fourche (to the south of Harding County) and Lemmon (to the east of Harding County).

Or head north a Bit to Bowman ND... I think they have some sleeping establishments..

Yep, Bowman and Hettinger both have lodging.

Yes Tipperary Lodge is the only establishment up here unless you want to count a few Hunting Cabins for rent, I also know a guy that rents rooms in his basement as well for hunters. (living in buffalo right now)
