$1.56 in Lennox, SD and many stations in Sioux Falls went up from $1.59 to $1.65 in the past few days. Prices were higher last night than when I filled up on Sunday.

Gas prices based my math, which has held true 3 months in a row with in 5 cents, should be 1.12 in January. I have serious doubts it will go down to .99 Cents a gallon. Oil will have to drip to 36 dollars a gallon and hang around that price for about a month. My formula 4.11 (the hight of gas prices) X 40 (current price of oil) Divided by the highest price of oil this year (147) anotherwords do a ratio of gas at 4.11 a gallon, when oil was 147 a barrel vs the price of gas today, and the price of a barrel of oil today.

That price = $1.56 predicted for December for AZ, should be 1.12 in January.

Im lucky, this gas crises has cuased me to get a job closer to work, I havent had to fill my tank since NOV 4th. I will have to Thursday, or I will be stranded somewhere, as I have finally hit the red line.

only 18 dollars to fill my tank, last time on Nov 4 it was 25 dollars. It was 34 dollars. Nice to be able to fill it with a 20 dollar bill, and get change.

Oil is now at a 4 year low per barrel, 36 $, what did I tell you? No apocalypse, oh, and if I'm right, we should expect 99 cents sometime soon.

That would be nice. Not nice that I filled up most of my gas cans at the 1.59 price though ROFL, but isn't that how it always works LOL

The gas stations in Lennox were busy due to them being $1.55 a gallon, ten cents cheaper than Sioux Falls (where most stations were $1.65 gallon). I cannot blame the locals for flocking to the Casey's or Cenex to fill up and save a few cents. I am guessing that Sioux Falls raised its prices with the holiday coming up. Oil went down recently.

Well we dropped down to 1.55 the lowest we got, now its risen back up to 1.75 a gallon here in Buffalo.

Noticed it was still 1.49 in belle fourche and spearfish both today while i was there. On the 5th it was the same price so I don't know why our prices up here in buffalo are going back up again when Belle and spearfish hasn't.

Anyone else notice a raise in prices. My sister in omaha when i talked to her on the phone last night said it was up to 1.75 from 1.49 a gallon there.

I notice the price increases also, but it has been a five cents here and ten cents there type of thing. It got down as low as $1.56 to $1.59 area down in Sioux Falls, but have crept up to $1.64 a week or two ago, then to $1.69 and up to $1.79 late last week. I understand that some of the price hikes have to do with the fighting in the Middle East with the Palistinians and Israelis and an excuse to raise gas prices due to a fear that the conflict may interfere with fuel supplies. If we can do better with domestic energy sources, we can say bye bye Middle East oil.
