Just wanted to resurrect this for a moment~as a comparison~Deadwood has gotten 38.5 inches of snow and Rapid City has gotten 11.5 inches.

Just to be fair, the weather channel did say that this was a record snowfall for this day in Deadwood.

LOL I know I was gonna be there originally I was going to be in Deadwood this week! Does make one question the idea!!!!

What's weird is that it's still been pretty cold here in Rapid City so the snow isn't melting very fast at all. Usually it snows and the next day it warms up enough to get rid of it. It's just not the case this time.

Well, we really have no snow to speak of, BUT it's been raining for a couple hours. 30 degrees~windchill 22 so you can guess what's happening here.

The streets were warm enough that it melted, but my deck is solid ice and my car looks like a popcicle.
