Hope everyone out west is staying safe, warm, and off the roads. 40+ inches of snow in Deadwood! Wow!
I just looked outside my window, and we just have a light dusting of snow here in Sioux Falls... Nothing at all compared to out in the Black Hills, and the NW part of SD.

I miss those snowy days. We don't get anything but rain out on the west coast. Once we went out and made sure the animals were ok and the water lines weren't going to freeze, we'd come in for hot chocolate and mom would make home made bread and cin. rolls. mmmmmmmmmm

Msta, you just made me hungry.
They ended up closing the interstate down from Mitchell west at 7 pm. Our local news said that there were over 400 calls of accidents or cars in the ditch by that time. AND that since some cell phone towers had been damaged, they didn't know how many people were actually out there.
Didn't Sx. Falls get slammed with the winds yet? We hit 74 mph wind gusts here, but they've settled down to 69, but that's still pretty windy.

Not bad with the wind, a few gusts but nothing that bad. Little bit of snow, most of it gone already. Wind sure is cold though and can't wait for it to go down. You know I'm a whiner, so I can't wait for the 40's+ that they're promising in the next few days.
