Yeah, I'm going to have to cry uncle. Best I could come up with was Seth Bulluck of the Deadwood fame.

Wait a minute. The only thing he did in South Dakota was run a saloon. He was a horsethief in Wyoming.
No wonder we couldn't find anything. We were digging through South Dakota History looking for info.

It was my understanding he did a great deal of his thieving here!
Checked and according to his bio, he at least claimed to have "acquired" many of his horses from the SD reservations.
But then again, it IS the internet, so who knows for sure?

He probably did. There were several right ups on the web about him and I only read one. And it said that he owned a bar in SD for a short while. He did work out or Orin Junction and that's not far from the SD line.
Got anther one?

Haha! Had to laugh gussler!
I took a trip to Colorado this summer with my family. We go through Orin Junction and some of us had to go to the bathroom. The rest stop looked fairly new and it even had an information booth about the area. We walk in the rest stop and were immediately overcome with the smell of "bowel". Turns out this fancy brand new state of the art rest stop not only didn't have sewer.... it wasn't even septic!!!
A fancy Port-A-Potty at best!!! Talk about the middle of nowhere!
Needless to say, mom held it til' Lusk!

Are you sure your talking about Orin Junction? haha From the Black Hills, go through Mule Creek Junction to Lusk. Then through Manville to Orin Junction with is the junction with the interstate. That rest area is a really nice one. But Mule Creek is a port-a-potti. haha
