Jammie, that's a tough one. I want to say I saw something on the news a while back and she was from Madison. But I have no clue as to what her name is.

Hint: She broke the records at the Salt Flats in Utah. Her husband and his crew made the cycle for her. The cycle is on display along with the boots she wore. It's amazing because the right boot protected her leg or she wouldn't have accomplished the feat. There was a hole burned in the boot.

There was a show on tv that had done stories about them. It was a countrywide competition for building bikes. This gal's husband was the winner so he was highlighted along with her.
