Default Native american cafes or restaurants in Rapid City?

I need me a good indian taco or fry bread the right way. Any chance of this when we get to Rapid?
Or any place along the way coming from Gillette,Wyo?

Usually there are a couple booths at the Heritage Festival that serve Sioux foods too. St. Isaac Jogues is a Catholic church on the northside and they often have wojapi and frybread feeds too. As does the IHS Hospital.

Really marinade them. Like REALLY let them soak in the flavors. You'll also want to tenderize them a little bit because buffalo hardly has any fat and it can be very tough. Also, when you go to cook them don't start them on high. You want to ease them into heat so they can stay moist and lock in the marinade.

God a steak sounds great right now, eh Jammie?
