Braces in SDakota, How much does it cost? (money, required)

Beginning research on this for my 9yo. How much does it cost around here?

Braces could cost thousands depending on how long they're required and how many problems there are with teeth. I've never had braces but I hear that Kharouf Orthodontics is the really good and I've heard horror stories about Evans Orthodontics. I heard a story where they told a mother that her 6 year old kid needed braces. 6!! That's way too young!

How could a 6 yr old need braces, most of their perms aren't even in yet, Heck my kid is 9 and still has a couple baby teeth left. I think thats just another way to con someone into spending ungodly amounts of money on something that would only fix temporary teeth.

Sorry, don't know about braces but make sure ya don't need falsies either. We just forked out almost 6500 for wifes, and that still doesn't include the permanent falsies, just the temporary ones that only have front teeth in them.
