As for the beef tongue, I'll have to check with my mom, but I believe she boiled the whole tongue, then sliced it fairly thin. I like it on bread, with a little salt on it.

Someone exploded chili, in my microwave..............again. After that mess was cleaned up, I made some stuffed cheese pretzels, and burned my tongue, on the cheese.

That should feel good for a few days. I always do the same thing when I reheat pizza in the middle of th night.Well a couple times a year anyway.

Hi debey. Thanks for including the link for Chislic Feed. That really is specific to South Dakota isn't it? Without that link, I would have had no idea. And actually, from reading the info on it, I have to say that sounds really very good.
