If you'd told me a year ago that I would choose to eat cabbage, I'd have just blinked at you. But I've recently tried a lot of the foods I used to despise (cabbage, asparagus, broccoli, bell peppers) and found that my palate has changed.... I quite like them now. I can even tolerate carrots in moderation. Who knew?
