Chicken on the grill with leftover potato bake and fruit salad from Easter. Trying to come up with more than a few ways I can use the leftover spiral cut ham for tomorrow.

Mushroom & Swiss burgers (sans buns...not bad)
Did not eat at home Easter, so no left over ham...I really would like a ham sandwich, thanks!

Chopped spam, mexican cheese, and a half jar of home made salsa on a tortillia made a great casadillia.
And 3 jalapenos on the side.

Dinner
Oh wow no8fann, I wish I would have looked this forum earlier. That sounds really good.
I looked at the leftovers again earlier this afternoon and someone has been eating more of that ham (and it is not me ). So, my plans changed. I took the ham bone and some split peas and have a huge pot of that soup simmering on the stove. With the rest of the ham (or I should say what is left of it)....I am taking ciabatta rolls and toasting them, then heating ham and provolone cheese on the rolls, add tomato and lettuce and you've got soup and sandwiches!!!
