Lunch. Fried egg sandwich with cheese and bacon and onion on it. Some home made tator salad on the side. Oh, the sandwich was made with home made bread cut extra thick.

Tonight was deer burger on a wheat bun. Horseradish, a little ketchup and mustard. Fried tators and some green beans.

Last night I had potatoe salad and a Blue Burger. I used a packet of dry Italian dressing with mayo for the dressing on the potatoe salad instead of the usual yellow mustard and mayo. You make Blue Burgers by cresting two thin patty's of hamburger, spreading blue cheese on one and covering with the other patty. Pinch the two pattys together and grill them to your taste.

Canned 9 pints of salsa today.
I just put a bunch of pinto beans in the crock pot, along with a pound of bacon chunks (1 inch cubes), a chopped onion and some spices. About 6 tomorrow evening, I'll have beans and be able to put about a quarter of a jar of salsa in the bowl with it.
