Not-So-Traditional Gyros with Yogurt Cucumber Sauce. Meat mixture now in oven. Yogurt Cucumber sauce in fridge.

Carne Guisada tacos.. Flour tortillas filled with stewed beef and gravy. Main standout spice being Comino (cumin) . Meat cooked in sauteed bell pepper strips and diced onion with minced or powdered garlic. Flour for gravy with a bouillon cube.
