The left-coast.............is that looking up from the Mexico/US border or down from the US/Canada border?

Back in Rapid and I ain't look back.

Tonight squash with copious amounts of butter and brown sugar.
Tonights nap was cut short so tonight it will be plenty of Mountain Dew and coffee. I should saddle for the night.

Kind of pigged out tonight. Been sick so haven't eaten a lot for 4 or 5 days.

Tonight was Chinese beef with noodles and fresh veggies. Then I had a tortillia and put mexican cheese and copius amounts of salsa on it and zapped it in the microwave.

After supper, I jumped on the 4 wheeler and went to the local grocery store and bought me the biggest icecream bar they sold.

Thinking about popping some popcorn now.

Had breakfast at the Spearfish Chophouse. The brunch buffet is amazing.
I ate way to much: Omelet with onions and bacon. Sausage and ham something.
And my first taste of American pancakes, with strawberries and whipped cream.

Sooo sooo good. Soooo stuffed I don't think I'll have to eat in a couple of days, haha

Thanks NerdyChick - we will have to try the Chop House one of these days. I think we are going to the Mexican restaurant or pizza here in Spearfish tonight - whatever the visiting friends decide! Have you tried Stanfords yet? Loved it!
