Bar-b-qued a big old buffalo steak last night.

I made a tin foil boat and put in fresh green beans, onions, jalapeno's sliced lengthways, some butter, and bacon. Put that on the top rack and let it steam for about 15 minutes before I started the buffalo steak.

All came out well.

Not sure what I'm having tonight, gotta pick something up. But whatever I pick up will be cooked over a camp fire at about 9,000 ft. Headed up on top for the weekend.

Hopefully by next spring we'll have our own Used Round Baler and a bigger tractor to pull the thing, then all we need to do is find some fields to swath and bale up LOL.

We SPLURGED tonite and had Pizza Rolls for Din Din ROFLMAO
Need help haying? Look for a Vermeer 605 baler and stay on top of the bearings. Otherwise its a great way to burn up your hayfield and hay supply. Or a John Deere 535 Bailer.

Will be a latte in a bit for me.

Yeah we were looking at the Vermeers alot. They invented the Round Baler from my understanding. Place up by Hettinger ND has even the Brand New ones from Vermeer that are around 12-16 grand compared to the New Holland ones in sturgis that are running 30g Brand New. SCREW NEW HOLLAND lol. I've heard good things about the JD 535 too, just wanna stay away from the JD 410's from what I hear LOL. Heck we only really need 50 smaller round Bales so I could probably have all that Swathed and baled in one day, pending we found a good enough place to actually do the swathing and baling. Our parcel isn't quite ready for that yet, haven't had the money to get it seeded just yet.

Sorry to hijack the thread a bit LOL.

And I am running out of Ideas for Meals again lol. Will probably have PB&J today lol.

Yesterday Meatloaf.

Today: chicken and 40 garlic cloves. Biscuits with the garic cloves used as a spread. Along with corn on the cob that I steamed.

Today, 2 egg omelet with salsa, bacon, and cheese in it. Hashbrowns and a piece of toast made from potato bread.

Tonight. I have a couple Elk steaks thawing. Not sure what I'm going to put with it though. But the bar-b-q is getting fired up for the steak.

Brunch: Homemade danish, eggs, fruit
Dinner: Hamburgers, fried taters, salad

I wasn't hungry for breakfast, and I am busy watering the yard, so I haven't been doing too much cooking until brunch in a few minutes.
