Tonight it's just Chicken Baked in the broiler and baked potatoes.

BTW, What do they mean when they say "pat dry"?
I've noticed this on several recipes.

That means you don't dry it, you have Pat do it.

On the baked tators I spinled some of that "potato topping" you can buy at WalMart
on a rack in the veg, section for 50 cents a pk.

3 eggs sunny side up
3 slices bacon
2 toast toast
hashbrowns
