Tonight it's just Chicken Baked in the broiler and baked potatoes.
BTW, What do they mean when they say " pat dry"? 
I've noticed this on several recipes. |

On the baked tators I spinled some of that "potato topping" you can buy at WalMart
on a rack in the veg, section for 50 cents a pk.

3 eggs sunny side up
3 slices bacon
2 toast toast
hashbrowns
and bananna bread.....
