That's a good trade. I usually use a paring knife I cut the circumference near the stem end and twist the head off. Then if needed I split pepper in half and cut the membrane and remaining seeds out. I like them with a few seeds.
I am slated to cook the turkey this Christmas. I am also planning on doing oyster stew on Christmas eve. Yum.
That greenhouse sounds interesting. Do you know anything about growing beans? I am thinking of growing my own black beans or pinto beans, but my only experiance is with green beans or soybeans. Don't want to grow soybeans and green beans make lousey chili.

Beans are costly, and by that I mean they take up lots of space and you don't get much yield. I've grown green beans, pinto, and black beans is all.
Its a complete hydrophonic setup complete with auto circulating water. The fish provide for the nutrients, but from what I understand, it produces good fruit and veggies, but very little taste, so things have to be suplimented, more than normal. It will be interesting, to say the least.
Few more swipes of the knife, some spices and flour and it could have been chislic. hahaha
