Yorkshire pudding! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm! I have a friend from Lancashire who made the most wonderful Yorkshire pudding when I visited her! I was just feeling homesick about English food this evening.
If I ate all that, I'd be dieting too!

I just made my first attempt at scrambled eggs. Turned out very good. I've made omelettes for years, but never tried scrambled. Maybe a hair too much milk, but tasty.

Just had a big bowl of oatmeal and a poppy seed muffin...yum! It is a very late breakfast; I got to bed late last night, up fairly late this AM. I don't do that much, but when I do, it's FUN!!!
I'll have roasted chicken for dinner tonight...that will be good too...
