I often have used the SafeTravel USA link for SD but also for Nebraska and Kansas when I did some travelling earlier this year. Many states have links to travel information of neighboring states.

I use that site regularly when my mom comes for a visit. She travels with only her Yorkie and it's 3 hours one way. We like to know what she's getting into or if she needs to stay another day or two.

Wow thanks for that link, I must have missed that site. Used it quite extensively the past 24 hours as I had to come down to Sturgis and Spearfish yesterday, While we got almost 4 inches up here the roads looked as if it never snowed at all in some spots lol.
