Default Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays....

Dearest Friends, on the SD forum...........
Thank you, all for the time & energy you have put into this forum, over the last year.......Ithink we need a Christmas thread!! So, here it is.....
(Can you tell I am bored)LOL
(No shopping, for me this year......My daughter got her hours cut, to 20 hours a week, and my SIL changed jobs, about a week before the layoff/cutback. Rather than spend money on things they may not want/orneed/or use, we have decided to forgo the ''joy''(NOT) of shopping, and wrapping, and give them money, instead.....I would rather know that they have propane for heat, than a box of junk, in the corner.....)
Having said that, let's bring on some Christmas decorations, cool websights, and such, to our little corner of City Data......
first up, my virtual Christmas Card, to all of you.........

Thanks for starting this thread Debey, and for sharing those wonderful paintings!!!

I'll be back here again, probably to wax poetic about what Christmas is all about in my humble little mind, once I've had another cup of coffee and gotten that mind jump started.

Thanks Debey!

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!

This year, especially with the economy and tight times, I'm going to focus on the true meaning of the holiday, and less about gifts/shopping.

Hope everyone has a great time with their friends and family.

I wish a merry Christmas to everyone on this forum and outside of the forum. Also, I wish safe travel to those who are on the roads. The most important thing is to be with family and friends. Gifts are nice, but not necessary for a truely happy holiday season.
