Kidding, I kid. It's a smile thread right ?? There you go !!!

Walleye supper, last night! 1st time, EVER, I've cooked fillets, that were as big as a ribeye steak! Waiting for Mr.Debey's uncle, from Ft. Pierre, to send me a pic, of hub & that fish!

How "fishy" does walleye taste? I'm not a big fish eater, but I would like to add more to my diet...just can't get around that "fish" taste. Wondering what of the local species I would actually be able to eat. I am not really big on trout, either! Love to go fishing, just not eating!

not "fishy". It's very mild. I don't like trout. I can tolerate catfish, if it's small. Big catfish, are released, when I fish.....

Hey South Dakota! How y'all doing up there! I notice the entire Phoenix population from South Dakota vacated last weekend. (It was one hundred seventeen freaking degrees here!!! Couldn't even get my sorry rear end outta the house to go to a gun show, frevvinsakes...you know that is HOT!)

So - I thought y'all would like this song -- in light of the unbelievable financial mess the entire planet is in... A little rockabilly to serenade your dinnertime: Ray Stevens singin' "if 10% is good enough for Jesus, it oughtta be enough for Uncle Sam!" If Ten Percent Is Good Enough for Jesus
