Default Looking for a nice place to get married, please help!

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it! I am looking for a nice place prefferably outside (but not opposed to inside) to get married. I was thinking somewhere in Pierre would be great or somewhere near there. If you know of a nice place please let me know... Thanks in advance.

This isn't in Pierre but Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park is a great place, they have a little overlook looking out over the lake for the outside or a nice Rec Hall for inside.

This is my suggestion as well. I'm biased as Sylvan Lake is my favorite, but this is where I would have been married if I was closer. It's worth a look.

My choice would be Spearfish Canyon right beside the beautiful, clear stream. That's only if you don't consider it to be too far out of the area you're considering. AND have you ever checked out the cute little Chapel in the Hills?

I've been to a lot of weddings at The Chapel in the Hills and it's a nice, cute place to hold a wedding. Receptions usually follow at Canyon Lake Chophouse which is right down the street.

there are also some very nice parks, along the River, in Pierre. I have been to several family rebellions (reunions) out there, but I cannot remember the name of the parks.........

Badland wonder is on a distinguished road
The little log cabin church in Nemo is also a wonderful little spot. They have no phone, so you have to contact the pastor. Can give you more info if you were to consider being married there.

How about an outdoor wedding in Rapid City at the place where they moved the old govenor's mansion? If the weather turned nasty there would be the option of moving the wedding inside?
