We were fortunate and didn't lose electricity. In fact, I wouldn't even classify what we had as a storm. The rain was just pouring down and we had thunder and lightning, but the winds weren't bad. Kelo did show the map and just north of town they had golf-ball sized hail. Not good for the crops or buildings or cars at all.

It was just strange cause yesterday morning the weather channel even mentioned Mitchell saying a storm was heading here. They RARELY ever mention us and it's generally RC or Sx. Falls because, of course, they're much larger. We lucked out in the morning, too so we can just feel fortunate.

Yeah, crazy day. There is supposed to be a tornado down somewhere near Wessington Springs, and one is supposedly headed to Lane and Woonsocket.

Debey, I'm watching the local news channels now... KSFY has the "storm chasers"... I saw the Tornado Warning for Spencer (McCook County). That brings chills to my spine...

They just said there's another one on the ground. It sounds like it's around Marion.
