I love black hills bagel - they have great bagels and cream cheese and awesome lunch bagel sandwiches and soups!

Panchero's is yum

I enjoyed the Fireside last time I was there (although I hear it was better under the prior management - that was before my time here) - I had some type of pasta with steak and blue cheese - very good!

Golden Phoenix has the best chinese food

Piesano's Pacchia had a great cashew chicken pizza that I found to be unique and yummy

I also really like La Costa Mexican - anything is good!

Has anyone been to Coco Palace yet?
We've been there 1/2 dozen times now. It's getting old for me already, but my hubby loves it.
I agree, Golden Phoenix is the best chinese in town. But I still can't stand that waitress that spills water on my every time I eat there.
Oma's German restaurant and bakery seems to be my favorite right now. I love the apple glazed chicken!
But I'll always be a big city girl loving the chain restaurants. Outback and Red Lobster will always be at the top of my list.

I've been to Coco Palace a couple times. I kinda got sick after eatig there once so I never went back. Plus the rolls are small in comparison with the ones you get at Ichiban and Hana. I'd say Ichiban has the best sushi in Rapid City. Their udon and edamame is really good too.

I know the exact waitress you're talking about at Golden Phoenix!
Pee-Eye! She's so rude it's great!

BlackHillsGuy is on a distinguished road
I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Firehouse yet. The few times I've been there its been good, and as far as I know is the only place in the area that brews its own beer.

Piesano's is great. They make an excellent gyro if you're not sharing, and a great pizza if you are.

DANNY_
I went to the Golden Phoenix again last week, and had our "favorite" waitress. This time she spilled just a couple drops of water on the table instead of on me......BUT SHE BONKED ME ON THE NOSE WITH THE PITCHER!!!!!!
Geez!
