You might be able to get a cottage at Cedar Pass Lodge (Badlands) for a bit more than $100 if there has been a last minute cancellation. That would put you within 45 minutes of Rapid City and an hour-and-a-half of Crazy Horse. We recently booked a cabin (smaller) for about $90 there and that was a two twin (two double?). Don't think you'll find much else for 5 people for less that a couple of hundred a night in the Hills themselves.
