Brisket is becoming more popular around here. Usually its all about the burger, and steaks when it comes to beef.
Brats are popular when it comes to pork. Me well I am working and I don't think I am going to grill anything. Well that and I need to refill the propane tank.

picked up some apple brats, @ the butcher shop in Madison, SD, last Friday. I will buy those again!
From the butchershop, in Elkton, I got some smoked Cheddar Brats, that were EXELLENT!
Tulare Locker also has some exellent products.

Ice fishing shacks are popular, so why not a bbq shack! At least you would have warmth from the grill!

Have a BBQ/ice shack on the ice. Get both done. Might want it to be a 2 room facility. so you don't die of second hand smoke or something.

I went back to my parents for the Memorial Day weekend.
Today was hamburgers on the grill, with beef (Angus) that was raised locally.
Yesterday was pork tenderloin on the grill (I think... or pork tenderloin roast... I get the names of different cuts of meat mixed up!).
