Go Ne, The reason why Omaha is up to the 200th Streets is because the only suburban development Omaha can have is going north, west, and south, and most of the development is going west and south. If Omaha wasn't right on the border between Nebraska and Iowa you likely wouldn't see 200th streets because of equal north, south, east, and west development.
