No, with all the problems on earth its ridiculous to waste millions maybe billions going to Mars. Think how much food that could buy for those starving. There are so many better ways that this vast amount of money could be used. It really makes me furious when there are so many serious problems here that need fixing. Of course the people making these decisions are so out of touch with the common man they haven't a clue nor do they care.
