There is an app out for Android called flybys:

~ tells you when, the rise time, the direction, a coundown, the transit timem max elevation and magnitude.

You can set reminders and it also has pictures of the satellite

Pretty awesome

Before our shade trees grew up we would sit out on the deck until 2:00 or 3:00 am and watch satellites go over. Now we hardly see any sky.

I just checked both sites and they did not tell me where I am! (Unless I enter my correct zipcode) is that what you mean??
