New photos of a huge crater(McLaughlin) on Mars suggest water may lurk in crevices under the planet's surface, hinting that life might have once lived there, and raising the possibility that it may live there still.
The Discovery came after analyzing images from NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter.
Very interesting report, One of many from Mars. NASA supposedly had an "Earth-Shaking" announcement after a discovery last year. As interesting as this report is I do not think this is it though. The "flower" on Mars has not been explained either and all these other reports of discovered Earth like planets is intriguing.
A softening up of the public to prepare for a major announcement? I like to think so, Despite there being a doubt they are disclosing all they know or will ever disclose the truth, either partial or whole.
Why does it always have to be water? Couldn't it have been liquid nitrogen, methane or some other gas in liquid form? Do they have some kind of facts that support that water used to be on Mars at one point in time? I know there is ice on the pole but do they know for a fact it is water ice?
