This is pretty interesting.

2017 Space Launch Statistics – Spaceflight101

The US retook the lead in number of launches, and the Falcon 9 overtook Soyuz as the most-launched vehicle. (For some boosters, quite literally, as SpaceX really ramped up their 1st stage re-use.) 18 successful Falcon flights - that's once every 3 weeks. And the US, overall, had zero failures. Good going all around.

Now to see if Falcon Heavy goes kaboom. I wouldn't place a bet either way...
