Do you really think NASA has stumbled on something? I know the gurus in space exploration would argue with me on this. I just thought they landed on some moon or rock and not Mars. This is also a challenge. Finding the right planet. But the idea of sending information back to earth, is superb. Very excellent. How far away? Very far away.

Really excited for the first audio recordings! Everything should sound really low-pitched due to the low density Co2 atmosphere.

I hope the Helicopter, Ingenuity, is able to fly in the Martian atmosphere. If so, it won't be doing any science, but in future missions aerial exploration can get to areas a rover couldn't.
