I do like Floortime. Not as familiar with RDI, and don't know offhand anyone who has used it. Floortime is pretty big with parents of younger autistic kids here; I know of one who was successful in getting it incorporated into center time at her child's (blended autism/gen ed) VPK and kindergarten classes. Her child also had a 1:1 aide, though, which probably helped.
