If you are posting and using an abbreviation for services that are specific to your state or county or country, it would really be helpful if you posted what that abbreviation means and/or a link so that we could answer properly.
I know a great deal about services in the states we have lived in, but even if the services are similar, the abbreviations and the agencies are going to be different.
For example, California has regional centers that help people, but no other state I lived in has them. All states have early intervention programs, but they are delivered by different agencies.
