Default relocating to Spokane

Hello,
I'm a 61 year old psychologist in LA and am seriously thinking of relocating to Spokane. Does anyone have any experience/advice or anything else for that matter, that might help give me an idea of what it would be like to set up a practice there? I'm very happy with the city and the country around it -- the question that's up for me right now is what it's like to be a psychotherapist in the area.
Thanks!
