Spokane's homeless population IS worse than many other areas. They are aggressive, pushy and NOT at all afraid to approach other non-homeless ppl.
Where I live, there are tons of them, however they are HARMLESS, NON-PUSHY AND SPEAK MINIMAL WORDS IF SPOKEN TO. They panhandle in the medians of the major roads, and hold signs, THAT IS IT.
Not the case in Spokane. Sorry.
