Looking for an affordable reliable taxi to use at night to go to work. Any recommendations/reviews?

Oh boy, that is a real tough one. I've never used a Taxi here in Spokane and I don't have any friends or family that use them either. Is that the only way to get to work? Our Bus system seems adequate if you live near a line and is way less expensive than taking a taxi, sorry I'm not of much assistance.

I have only used taxis a few times. Most of the time it was for the airport and through Spokane Cab. Once it was a ride back from a concert downtown. In general, taxis here are not reliable. You really have to schedule them way earlier than you need them as there is a good chance they will not show up. In the latter instance, we waited almost 45 minutes for a cab and had to call back 4 or 5 times. I have also had cabs scheduled to meet me for an airport dropoff who arrived 30 minutes late (luckily I expected that already and planned for it). I have had a couple of good experiences but it really depends on the driver as many are not concerned about your schedule and will even stop to pick up other people delaying your trip. Overall, I would not recommend it unless you have no other option.
