How much job opportunities exist with banks? (Tellers, bankers). I've seen job postings, but my worry is how hard is to actually get a job here

I can't say how hard it is to get a job.

I transferred here with my current job from Seattle, so have no insights.

Hopefully, someone could.

The labor market here is pretty depressed. The main sectors are Healthcare, Education (I guess that can be considered government work) and the Federal Government. Not to say there aren't jobs outside of those realms, but they can be hard to come by.

@danielsard - Bank teller positions typically pay at or very close to minimum wage here in Spokane. I see advertisements for them from time to time.

Go here for a decent job search tool - Worksource Spokane

Also, check out our local Craigslist as well. Plus, look for jobs with the Community Colleges and the local state universities plus the Hospitals. I would not move here without a job in hand that is for sure...

I'm thinking going as a banker, but definitely interested on checking other opportunities

I saw some openings too, but can't be full sure when to apply until I'm closer to my target date
