I really like the neighborhoods in South Spokane Valley such as the areas along 16th, 32nd and 44th, I always feel this is one of the most underrated areas in the Greater Spokane area.

Me too, it's such a nice road to drive on, I also like the light traffic on that road as well.

Definitely. That entire area around Mica, Rockford, and Fairfield is beautiful.
