Hi everyone! I used to live in Browne's Addition and I'm looking at a place that is near 8th and Greene South of Fred Meyer off of Thor exit. Does anyone have any comments about this area. I have heard it's bad, yet I checked crime stats and it's not nearly as bad as Brownes.
Any insight would be helpful! Thank you!! ![]() Last edited by Brit123; 03-30-2008 at 12:03 AM.. |

8th and Greene in my opinion is getting better, fifteen years ago I wouldn't even drive through there. Now my son lives only a few blocks off Greene and 8th over by the park.

Thanks Danzinger! Yes this place is close to the park as well. Do you think its safer then Brownes Addition?
