Here's a photo of a few houses in Spokane's Audubon-Downriver neighborhood--do you happen to know what street, or what area in the neighborhood, it might be?

Don’t know that particular street but it’s a lovely neighborhood. I drive thru it on my way to the boarding stable a few times a week, and it has two great restaurants, The Flying Goat and the Downriver Grill. I have to go to the barn today and will keep an eye out but maybe WendyK here will see it and know (she’s a realtor). Or you could message her.

Will be keeping an eye out for speed for sure because they’ve installed a traffic cam in front of Audubon Park and are making a mint off it because drivers aren’t catching the 20 mph speed limit change.

Can't tell exactly what street it is -- it is a nice area. I call it the South Hill of the north side. I know what you mean about the speeders, Misty! They lower the speed limit in the summer to 20 mph and also during school crossing hours - I always slow down but see a ton of people speeding by. I haven't seen anyone pulled over but hopefully they're getting them on the camera.

I’m also considering the Audubon Park area. Is it a safe area? Any negatives?
