I would like to find a good buyer's agent for my Spokane real estate search. Wanting somebody who knows the city neighborhoods well and has at least several years of experience in the local market. (Knowledge of remodeling/home updates a plus, just to advise on potential problems.) If you've had a good experience and can recommend somebody, would you please let me know who, and what you liked about them? Thanks in advance!
Edit: Since this seems a pretty sleepy forum, if you can recommend a better place to look for an agent, please DM me.

Thanks, WeezulMaster!

Any other recommendations out there? I was hoping that a few people here had good experiences with a local buyer's agent and would recommend.

My last buyer's agent (different part of the country) I found through that City-data forum.

I've contacted two buyer's agents so far and have not received a call back or an email from them, so I am not pursuing them any further. I think the market is so hot that agents are more interested in sellers instead of buyers who can't afford cash buys, but it may be just me and my luck Anyway, I am not in a rush and taking it slow. Good luck to you and send some names my way if you find the one you are happy with. Thanks!

Being that truth, I'd be looking for distressed land or properties in foreclosure. No, wait - about two more years - there will be plenty of them too.
