Happy New Year Vette-Dude! Do you still like it here even after all this snow? I have heard from a few people this week who say they don't want to stay here for another winter. It's been a tough one!
But let's all make the best of it and have a great 2009 here in Spokane!

Sure, don't love all the snow, but the way I look at is, there is probably no location that is 100% perfect...we are staying as of now...LOL..Hey Wendy, you're a realtor, how is the market in Richland area for selling a home?

I have no idea what the Richland market is like right now. If it's similar to Spokane, things are slow for selling, especially with the current weather conditions. Typically spring brings more activity but with the economy & job losses it's hard to say how much better things will be in a couple months. Just have to keep a positive outlook and know that people will always need homes either to purchase or as an investment.
