Dog park
Technically it's in Idaho by Cabela's. If you take exit 299 of I-90 and take a left at the stop sign at the top of the ramp and then when the road curves to the right to go to Cabela's take a left like you are going to the rest stop and there it is!

Great info!! I was looking for a place to take my two Yorkies for a treat on Memoriable day. They don't get to leave home often because I just don't know where to take them.

"Technically it's in Idaho". No, technically it's in Washington. It is a Spokane county park. If you look at a map it is west of the state line.

You're right.
Here is a map in which you can zoom in if anybody wishes to confirm.
Here is the page from the Spokane county website that will give further information on the park:
SCRAPS - Off-Leash Dog Park
Perhaps some might get confused that it is in Idaho because I think there's a misprint in the description stating that it's "less than half a mile east of the Washington/Idaho border" when I think they meant to say "a half a mile west."

Oops! Sorry, I am wrong, obviously, thought it was in Idaho, but it is not, either way, a great place to take the dogs!
