Eviction - Do it Yourself?
Does anyone know how to do a "do it yourself eviction in WA?" My sister has done it herself in Montana. I have served the WA renter with a 3 day notice of eviction. I was told by a lawyer that I needed to file in the Superior Court. However when I call them they say they don't have forms and 4 times I heard to get a lawyer! Considering I'm a single mother and this woman owes nearly $5,000 I really can't afford a lawyer on top of it. Has anyone done this and know the steps - know where to get the forms, the process??
