Default Harvest Festival at Greenbluff!

Does everyone else head up there in October? Time for apples and pumpkins. I love it up there. Good thing...I'll be up there most every weekend leading ponies and horses. Praying for good weather on Saturday....

I love Greenbluff too. We were rained out yesterday and practically blown out today. Hoping for better weather next weekend and lots of horse loving kids wanting rides. This is how our pony club funds our kids activities thoughout the year. Plus it's a lot of fun watching our members share their passion for horses with other kids.

We finally got a decent weekend up there! Lots of excited kids on ponies and horses and families lugging pumpkins around. The traffic up there always amazes me. As do the people who hit their car horns when driving by the horses. Thank goodness the horses are are real troupers.
It's a special moment when we get a child with a disability and he winds his or her hand into the ponies soft, winter coat and a huge smile lights up his face. Sweet.

Sorry...can't resist showing off our Pony Clubbers. They're a great group of kids.
