The Phillies ownership situation is SO frustrating. I hate how there is no accountability for upper management- the "Phillies way" worked once in the past 25 years and they stick with their ways as if they were the Yankees. That a goober like Ed Wade was able to keep his job for nearly 10 years says everything about how incompetence is rampant in that organization.
