Beaver Stadium is an outdoor college football stadium in University Park, Pennsylvania, on the campus of The Pennsylvania State University. It is home to the Penn State Nittany Lions of the Big Ten Conference. The stadium is named for James A. Beaver, a former governor of Pennsylvania (1887–91) and president of the university's board of trustees.[1]
Beaver Stadium has an official seating capacity of 107,282, making it currently the largest stadium in the Western Hemisphere and the third largest in the world.
Beaver Stadium is widely known as one of the toughest venues for opposing teams in collegiate athletics. Kirk Herbstreit of ESPN says that Penn State has the best student section in the nation and Gameday at PSU is "The Greatest Show in College Sports". In 2008, Beaver Stadium was recognized as having the best student section in the country for the second consecutive year.[2]

i wouldn't say it's near the best looking though - I like the stadium and have been there for games ... it doesn't look bad and is pretty well maintained - but there isn't really any standout features aside from it's size

although I hate FSU - doak campbell is very attractive

the gophers new stadium has a great aesthetic to it

I even like places like the Yale Bowl that have a lot of character .... or the natural setting of a stadium like Lavell Edwards stadium

even a place like Scott Stadium at UVA which has the hill where students and the hedges/flower at the one endzone and the columns along the back

i like folsom field in boulder as well

I'm biased so I have to mention Clemson. You can't see it in these pictures, but the sunset in the first one is over a lake.
