Easily the most annoying fan who ever lived. Didn't seem to exist until Tiger Woods arose on the golf scene, and after that he appeared to follow Tiger to every tournament and would shout "Get in the hole!" at the top of his lungs on every one of Tiger's shots, even from a 6000 yard par 5 tee.
This guy was everywhere until a couple of years ago and now it's like he's completely vanished from the scene. What do you think happened to him? Did he lose his job in the Great Recession? Did his home get foreclosed? I don't wish him the worst, but I'm glad he's gone.
Ha, yes that guy is annoying, though I never assumed it was one guy. I do remember when somebody yelled that on a par 5 tee at Augusta a couple years ago, I think it was Farrity (sp) who moaned into the mic "oh no, not at Augusta," which was spot on.
Actually, as annoying as this a-hole is, I thought he showed personal growth and maturity when he stopped screaming "your the MAN!"...and I'm looking forward to his next epiphany.
I wish they would kick people out who say that, I heard all day at the masters online where you hear everything. It's better audio feed than tv. Stop yelling stuff you knobs and just cheer.
I think the "Get in the Hole" guy disappeared when he realized Tiger was listening to him...off the golf course, if you know what I mean.
